Are you a passionate Housing Litigation Solicitor, Associate, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive Advocate looking to take the next step in your career?

Our Birmingham office based team is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled legal professional to join our dynamic and supportive team.

At Anthony Collins Solicitors, we’re proud to advise and represent housing associations, local authorities, charitable landlords, and housing co-operatives across England. You’ll play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and advocacy that makes a real difference to the communities we serve.

Within this role you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

  • Securing anti-social behaviour injunctions and dealing with breaches 
  • Handling ASB and other possession claims, including Equality Act and mental capacity defences
  • Defending disrepair claims
  • Applying for access injunctions
  •  Providing advice on housing litigation related issues 

Your Team:

You will join our 17-strong Housing Litigation team of fee earners working across our Birmingham and Manchester offices. We pride ourselves on being supportive, approachable, and highly skilled.

About the candidate

 For this role the candidate we desire the following experience: 
  • Experience in housing litigation 
  • Confident in advocacy, and enthusiastic about representing clients at hearings
  • collaborative team player with effective delegation skills and a supportive approach
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with ease
  • An excellent communicator, committed to delivering clear, practical, plain english and commercially sound legal advice
