About the role and team

 This is an opportunity to join a successful Plots team, carrying out residential and shared ownership sales for a variety of primarily social housing clients. 
 
Responsibilities of the role include: 
 
  • Manage and prioritise own caseload of new build disposals, dealing with all aspects including: populating template documents, responding to pre-contract enquiries, dealing with exchange of contracts, carrying out pre-completion preparation and facilitating legal completion
  • Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues and all people with whom you come into contact
  • Accurately and comprehensively record key points on matters in accordance with the team’s policies and procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Liaise efficiently and effectively with clients and third parties in a timely manner to ensure matters are progressed within tight timescales
  • Develop knowledge and understanding by research and attendance at relevant in house training sessions to support personal and career development
  • To carry out all other reasonable duties, as requested
 

About the candidate

 The successful candidate will:
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and deadlines
  • Have excellent grammar, spelling and strong attention to detail
  • Have good IT skills in Microsoft Office applications and be eager and willing to develop skills in other IT systems such as presentation packages and case management systems as necessary
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude – working well as part of a team and independently
  • Be committed to keeping all matters confidential
  • Demonstrate good motivation and flexibility to meet deadlines, including working early, late or through the lunchtime period where necessary to deliver for clients
  • Be proactive in suggesting solutions and improvements
  • Understand the importance of, and demonstrate, good financial hygiene
