About the role and team

Anthony Collins are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Property team!

The successful candidate will work within a busy property department team within our Manchester office which provides property related legal services for housing associations.

You will be assisting a partner and senior associate in connection with their complex, high value development acquisition and commercial lease matters and run your own caseload. Your own caseload will include the acquisition and disposal of residential properties, routine commercial lease work and utility and road/sewer adoption agreements. You will be proactive, able to work under your own initiative, be able to work under pressure and be a strong team player.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and relevant legal IT systems
Experience of working as a paralegal in a similar role is preferable

About the candidate

You may be a Paralegal and LPC graduate with commercial property and residential property experience or commercial property experience looking to expand your legal experience and skills or worked in-house legal department for an organisation with a commercial and residential property focus.
