At Anthony Collins Solicitors, we’re proud to advise and represent housing associations, local authorities, charitable landlords, and co-operatives across England. You’ll play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and advocacy that makes a real difference to the communities we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Securing and defending anti-social behaviour injunctions

• Defending disrepair claims, and supervising legal assistants

• Prosecuting under the Environmental Protection Act

• Handling possession claims, including Equality Act and mental capacity defences

• Resolving residential leasehold and shared ownership disputes

• Providing housing management advice, carrying out policy reviews, and delivering legislative updates

Your Team

You’ll be part of a close-knit, ten-person team based Manchester, collaborating closely with colleagues in our 17-strong Housing Litigation team across Birmingham and Manchester. We pride ourselves on being supportive, approachable, and highly skilled.
