About the role and team

Are you a skilled commercial property litigator looking to take your next step in a collaborative, sector-focused team? We’re looking for a confident and experienced litigator to join our growing Commercial Property Litigation team.

In this role, you’ll:

Take the lead on your own caseload of high-value, complex disputes, spanning court proceedings, arbitrations, and expert determinations.
Tackle a broad mix of property-related disputes, including:

Landlord and tenant matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Asset management disputes such as break rights, dilapidations, forfeiture, and alienation
Development-related claims involving adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants, and more
Work closely with clients across our specialist sectors, becoming a trusted advisor on a wide range of commercial property issues.

About the candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum 8 years+ PQE
Experience of managing a variety of litigation matters
Mediation experience and be able to hold a client’s confidence, advising in relation to strategy, quantum and merits relating to any claim.
Experience of managing junior colleagues and supervising their workflows
