This role is based in Birmingham as a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We are a people-focused law firm that values both our clients and our team. About the candidate

We’re looking for someone who brings expertise, empathy, and professionalism to this role. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in medical practice or the care sector, ideally with a medical qualification.
A strong understanding of medical terminology, medical record-keeping, and healthcare standards.
Ideally, some legal knowledge or experience handling complaints and investigations in a medical setting.
Excellent communication and listening skills, particularly when supporting clients in difficult emotional situations.
Strong attention to detail, IT proficiency, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
