About the role and team
Anthony Collins are seeking a Secretarial Coordinator to line manage the secretarial team in our Property team. 
You will be responsible for proactively addressing issues with the secretarial team, monitor work flow and problem solve, conduct regular reviews and monthly 121s as well as manage sickness absence and performance and assist in the recruitment process of new secretaries.

In addition to this, you will provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support ranging from drafting and amending documents, requesting property searches from external providers, completion of Land Registry forms, financial admin, file management, managing diaries, and digital dictation to at least one fee earner.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, communicating in a confident, professional and assured manner.  You will proactively seek and build relationships with all around you, striving for excellence and leading by example, building trust and rapport with the fee earners you support, the secretaries you manage, and others within the firm and our clients.  You will have experience of working within the property sector and leading a Secretarial team.
