This is an exciting opportunity to work in a personable, vibrant and innovative team of corporate lawyers. The Corporate Team handles a wide range of work including mergers, acquisition, MBOs, employee ownership trusts and general corporate matters across our specialist sectors. Working as part of a friendly team providing assistance on all aspects of corporate transactional and reorganisation work. You will be supported by friendly and approachable Partners and senior lawyers who will actively encourage and help your career development.

About the candidate
 The ideal candidate willhave 5+ yrs PQEand relevant experience to assist the team in delivering a broad range ofadvice relating to varied corporate related matters across our sectors,including for health and social care, housing, localgovernment, social business and charity clients.Anthony Collins develops talent and encourages individuals to progresstheir careers and expand their professional and personal development whilst always ensuring we put our purpose to improve lives, communities and society at the forefront of everything we doYou’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate to grow the team and lead transactionsbuild up your own transactioncaseload and clients plus help our team to deliver a fantastic service to
